The patch is located in the old town, between medians and in top view is almost a rectangle of 9.5 x 21.5 meters approximately, stretching the width one meter on one of its sides. It is considered empty of any kind of construction but the path between both streets (Arraunlari and San Pedro) is needed to be kept. They overpass a dimension gap of 2.4 meters in height. The scheme is set on 5 dwellings and one local in the ground floor. First and most important decisions that appear at the beginning are the proportions and location of the yard, building's volumetry and height.
It is a prismatic volume "C" shaped in top view filling the remaining void with an interior yard. The building has 5 floors plus a commercial local on the ground floor. It is placed on the patch trying to adapt itself to the present street path, now interrupted by the existing construction.
On the lowest level the building sets back regarding the rest of the floors in order to preserve the street's continuity on the front and increase access to the linker path. On the back an english yard is made to aerate and separate the first floor from the rear street, as this one is higher than the main one and in this way the privacy of that dwelling is better preserved. Communication core is located in the middle of the building next to left building's median. 2º, 3º and 4º floors follow the same scheme; it occupies al the patch in top projection, the entrance is made from the middle of the block to a corridor illuminated and ventilated by the interior yard. Night sector is placed on the back with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry, while day sector occupies front facade. 1º and 5º floors are distributed the same way, but when setting back some meters, one of the single bedrooms is removed.
